    Jackie Hall

    Pavilion Coordinator

    Boasting over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry, Jackie enjoys working in the most beautiful seaside town that the South Coast has to offer which caters for all types of occasions all year round, whilst being surrounded by so many interesting local attractions that will be sure to entertain everyone. One of Jackie’s favourite hobbies is to get out for an early morning walk to inhale the fresh air. Be sure to pop by the Pavilion where you will be welcomed with a warm and cheerful smile.

    Kylie Harding

    Events Assistant

    Kylie has over 28 years’ experience in the Travel, Tourism and Events Industry and is passionate about creating the best experience possible for her clients. During her time in the industry she has had the opportunity to travel extensively through out the world and experience different cultures. A Kiama local she knows there is no place like home. Kylie enjoys spending time with family & friends, paddle boarding at Minnamurra River and exploring all the beautiful beaches and towns on the South Coast.

    Geoff McIntyre

    Property Maintenance

    Born and bred in Kiama, Geoff has worked within our local team for the past 24 years. Now based at The Pavilion Geoff is proud to provide exceptional customer service and a sparkling clean venue to all our visitors. When he is not working hard at The Pavilion Geoff can be found defending his champion bowls titles at the local Kiama Bowling club, completing a puzzle or taking in the fresh air on one of our many beautiful walking tracks.

    Rebecca Armstrong

    Culinarius General Manager

    Our Wedding and Catering Coordinator, Rebecca, was born into the hospitality industry. With a love for celebrations, she began her career in public relations and events before falling in love with weddings and forming the mother-daughter duo behind Culinarius. With an eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable occasions, Rebecca ensures every event is planned to the highest standard. When she’s not working, you’ll find her travelling the world, exploring new cultures, food, drinks and event trends.

    Noel-Marie Brasset

    Culinarius Functions and Operations Manager

    Noel-Marie was born in beautiful Vancouver, Canada, into a foodie family. Passionate about great food and wine, she is equally dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. Recently returning to Australia after working alongside celebrated chefs and hospitality professionals in the UK, Noel-Marie brings over 25 years of hospitality management expertise to the Kiama team. Her role is to ensure every experience at The Pavilion Kiama exceeds expectations. Outside work, she loves cooking for friends and family and visiting art galleries.

    Apple Tree Catering Executive Chef

    Will brings a wealth of experience and creativity spanning some of the Illawarra’s biggest kitchens, including Wollongong University and the Novotel Wollongong. Known for his refined technique, commitment to local produce, and flair for flavour-driven menus. Will shares a passion for authentic, seasonal food that brings people together. Will and the team from Apple Tree Catering ensure every event is infused with warmth,  professionalism, and unforgettable flavours that celebrate the best of the region.

    Matt is a passionate Adelaide-born chef with over a decade of experience across cafés and restaurants in Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney and Wollongong. Dedicated to fresh, high-quality food, he creates supportive kitchen environments where teams thrive. Matt enjoys developing seasonal menus, mentoring staff and improving operations while maintaining creativity and quality. Passionate about local produce, he builds strong relationships with growers, suppliers and businesses to create food that reflects the region. He is always eager to learn, grow and champion genuine hospitality.
