Boasting over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry, Jackie enjoys working in the most beautiful seaside town that the South Coast has to offer which caters for all types of occasions all year round, whilst being surrounded by so many interesting local attractions that will be sure to entertain everyone. One of Jackie’s favourite hobbies is to get out for an early morning walk to inhale the fresh air. Be sure to pop by the Pavilion where you will be welcomed with a warm and cheerful smile.

Kylie has over 28 years’ experience in the Travel, Tourism and Events Industry and is passionate about creating the best experience possible for her clients. During her time in the industry she has had the opportunity to travel extensively through out the world and experience different cultures. A Kiama local she knows there is no place like home. Kylie enjoys spending time with family & friends, paddle boarding at Minnamurra River and exploring all the beautiful beaches and towns on the South Coast.

Property Cleaner
Born and bred in Kiama, Geoff has worked within our local team for the past 24 years. Now based at The Pavilion Geoff is proud to provide exceptional customer service and a sparkling clean venue to all our visitors. When he is not working hard at The Pavilion Geoff can be found defending his champion bowls titles at the local Kiama Bowling club, completing a puzzle or taking in the fresh air on one of our many beautiful walking tracks.

With over 15 years experience in the hospitality and events industry Jade is dedicated to ensuring your event is a success from enquiry to completion! Jade is well rounded with a diverse background including roles in functions centers, clubs and hotels, she loves a challenge and is passionate about elevating the South Coast to a premier event destination. Outside of work Jade is always kept busy with her two young children and enjoying time with friends. She loves to relax on walks and when she can find the time is a big fan of theatre shows.

Taylor has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 10 years and has a diploma in event management. Her customer service skills and friendly, bubbly personality make her an exceptional addition to the team. Taylor is a local in the Illawarra and a busy mum of two who loves to visit the Kiama Farmers market at Coronation Park every Wednesday. When Monika isn’t putting her finishing touches on the meals you will find her reveling in the beauty that is Kiama while exploring all the different and high-quality local food Kiama has to offer.

Our Wedding and Catering coordinator Rebecca was born into the hospitality industry. With her love for celebrating and parties she started her career in Public Relations and events but soon fell in love with weddings and become the mother/daughter power duo you know and love as Culinarius. With her intricate eye for detail and efficiency you can guarantee your event will be planned at the highest standard. When the opportunity arises you will find Rebecca eating and drinking her way around the world, immersed in new cultures and picking up the latest trends in food and events.

Noel Marie was born in the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada to a foodie family. She is of course passionate about great food and wine but above all: delivering outstanding customer service! Noel Marie has recently returned to Australia after a stint in the UK where she worked with some of the UK’s most celebrated chefs and top service industry professionals. Noel Marie brings over 25 years of hospitality management expertise to the Kiama team. Noel’s role is to ensure that, from the moment you arrive, your experience at The Pavilion Kiama will surpass your expectations! When Noel Marie isn’t looking after you at The Pavilion, you will find her cooking up a storm for friends and family or visiting an art gallery.
