Of all the many things we offer at The Pavilion Kiama, the most valuable is our people. We understand that there are lots of things to consider when planning an event, which is why our number one focus is always on providing you with everything you need to create the perfect occasion. We approach every new event completely from scratch – giving you a blank canvas to build each element to suit – from room selection and layout to catering choices, entertainment, decoration, accommodation, extra activities and so much more. Our team are experts in the local area, being part of the Destination Kiama team, an initiative of Kiama Municipal Council. We look forward to assisting you very soon!

    Jackie Hall

    Events, Conference and Marketing Coordinator

    Boasting over 25 years of experience within the hospitality industry, Jackie enjoys working in the most beautiful seaside town that the South Coast has to offer which caters for all types of occasions all year round, whilst being surrounded by so many interesting local attractions that will be sure to entertain everyone. One of Jackie’s favourite hobbies is to get out for an early morning walk to inhale the fresh air. Be sure to pop by the Pavilion where you will be welcomed with a warm and cheerful smile.

    Glen Benson

    Events Assistant

    Glen is the glue that keeps things behind the scenes of our events running smoothly. He takes great pride in ensuring our venue is well presented to our customers and has an eye for detail when it comes to setting up the Pavilion events. Our customers always welcome his friendly disposition. Glen is an active member of the Gerringong community and loves serving on the board of a local sporting group. In his spare time, he loves cruising the world and often brings back event and culinary ideas to incorporate into our packages.

    Culinarius Managing Director

    With over 30 years of excelling in the Hospitality industry Monika is the best in the business when it comes to fresh food and creative cuisine. She has catered around the world and has showcased her talent during her days as a TV personality.  Culinarius has many times been regarded as the Illawarra and South Coast’s Best Caterer with numerous catering and business awards.  When Monika isn’t putting her finishing touches on the meals you will find her reveling in the beauty that is Kiama while exploring all the different and high-quality local food Kiama has to offer.

    Rebecca Armstrong

    Culinarius General Manager

    Our Wedding and Catering coordinator Rebecca was born into the hospitality industry. With her love for celebrating and parties she started her career in Public Relations and events but soon fell in love with weddings and become the mother/daughter power duo you know and love as Culinarius. With her intricate eye for detail and efficiency you can guarantee your event will be planned at the highest standard. When Rebecca finds an opportunity you will find her eating and drinking her way around the world picking up the latest trends in food and events.

    Culinarius Functions and Operations Manager

    Coming out fresh from her Events Management course Samara has hit the ground running as our Functions and Operations Manager. She is our bubbly front of house manager who welcomes you with her warm smile and attentive attitude. When Samara isn’t hosting you at our beautiful seaside venue you will find her nose buried in the bookshelves at the second hand bookstores or enjoying a cup of coffee at the best coffee houses on the South Coast.
