The Norfolk Room

This large space occupies much of the top floor – with bar and kitchen facilities, as well as stage and full audio/video and lighting options (even a grand piano!). Seating capacity is 400 theatre style and 240 banquet style, with outdoor balcony access and views across to the beach, ocean and escarpment. This space can be made smaller as needed, with its high ceilings guaranteeing wow factor in any configuration. See the Gallery below for inspiration.

The Saddleback, Surf Beach and Kendall Rooms

These spaces occupy the ground floor, best suited for an intimate gathering, small meeting or break-out room during a large conference. Ask our friendly event coordinators about how we can customise your event to meet your needs – including joining adjacent spaces or segmenting off for even smaller spaces.

Accessibility

The Pavilion has full disabled accessibility with ramps facilitating access to each level of the building. Hearing Loop access is available for those with hearing aids or cochlear implants. We can also provide age-appropriate seating for those with additional needs.

Outside the box spaces

This is your event and our venue is your blank canvas! We have successfully held events out on the covered balcony, in the entrance foyer and more. It’s all possible – and we’re excited to bring your vision to life.
