What types of corporate events can The Pavilion Kiama host?

The Pavilion Kiama hosts conferences, meetings, corporate dinners, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, retreats and multi-day events. Its mix of large and smaller rooms makes it suitable for both local team gatherings and larger destination conferences.

How many delegates can The Pavilion Kiama accommodate?

The Norfolk Room accommodates up to 400 delegates in theatre style or 240 guests for a seated banquet. Smaller meeting and breakout rooms accommodate up to 50 people each, depending on the layout, and some rooms can be combined for additional flexibility.

Does The Pavilion Kiama provide AV equipment and Wi-Fi for conferences?

Yes. Conference packages can include standard AV equipment such as a projector and screen or LCD TV, lectern, wireless microphones, sound system, whiteboard or flipchart. Cabled and wireless NBN connection is also available.

Can conference packages be tailored to our event?

Yes. The Pavilion has day-delegate, cocktail and sit-down dinner packages, but these can be adapted to suit your agenda, catering needs and event format. The team can help combine elements of packages or develop an approach around your requirements.

What catering is available for a corporate event?

Corporate catering can include morning and afternoon tea, lunch, cocktail food, sit-down dinners and beverage options. Day-delegate packages include refreshments and meal breaks, while dinner and cocktail packages can include alcoholic beverage packages, a bar tab or cash-bar options.

Is The Pavilion Kiama suitable for a destination conference?

Yes. Kiama is approximately 1.5 hours from Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra, with rail access, nearby accommodation and coastal activities for delegates. The Pavilion can help create a conference experience that combines productive sessions with time to explore the NSW South Coast.

Yes. The Pavilion has ramp access, lift access, hearing-loop availability and ample free on-site parking, including EV charging. Please discuss any specific access requirements with the team during planning.
