APPLY NOWStalls will be located throughout the upstairs Norfolk Room, indoor foyer area and outdoor veranda spaces. You are welcome to choose a stall location – inside or outside (under the veranda) – however please note it is an all-weather event, rain, hail or shine, so factor this into your decision. Stall location is at the discretion of Pavilion staff – we do not hold stalls.
Stalls will be strictly limited in number and size to accommodate everyone. We will accept only 2 or 3 stalls selling the same category of items to create a diverse quality market experience.
You will not be allowed to encroach on others’ space, please only bring goods / racks etc that fit into your allocated space.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) open on 25 August 2026. Stall bookings will be processed on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend getting your application in early.
To be considered for a stall, you must complete and return the Pavilion Twilight Market Expression of Interest form. Once your application has been reviewed and approved the Pavilion team will contact you with payment links and details to secure your space.
Payment is required in full by 23 October 2026. If payment is not received by this date, your stall space may be offered to another stallholder on the waiting list.
Yes! Our Twilight Market has grown in popularity, and stall spaces are expected to fill quickly. Early application is highly recommended.
Stall sizes are the same inside & outside under the veranda. Single Stall 2m x 2m, Double Stall 4m x 2m. Stall sizes are strictly adhered to as we do not have the space to spread out inside.
The market will operate across the upstairs Norfolk Room, indoor foyer area and outdoor veranda spaces at The Pavilion Kiama. We focus on keeping the market together on one level to create a consistent and enjoyable experience for visitors and stallholders.
Yes. The Pavilion Twilight Market is an all-weather event, All stalls are either inside or outside under our wrap around veranda.
Stall locations are allocated by The Pavilion Kiama team based on the layout, product mix and overall market experience. Stall placement is at the discretion of Pavilion staff.
Yes. To create a diverse and high-quality market experience, we limit similar stall categories. We generally approve only two or three stallholders offering similar products to ensure variety for visitors and fair opportunities for all vendors.
We welcome local makers, artisans, producers, creators and small businesses offering quality products including gifts, homewares, fashion, food, beverages, handmade items, local produce and unique finds.
You can only select inside or outside – stall locations are allocated by the Pavilion Staff.
